Has anyone had any positive experiences with massage, mindfulness, yoga, etc. relating to ascites, cramps and tiredness that is common with cirrhosis. I know that anything herbal or unregulated is a big no-no, but I would welcome any advice that anyone has to give about other non invasive support they have found helps. Many thanks JX

Hi j. Due to my other mobility issues i cant do anything physical but i have not long downloaded an app by someone i follow on Twitter who is qualified in hypnotherapy and more. I must say it seems to be a new way of coping with my pain and insomnia and lethargy among all the other symptoms i have. I can but give it a go, im.sure there is someone on here who has done something to help.. good luck.. linda
It's always worth a try. None of them are going to do you any harm. Just don't try to over do the yoga at first as it can make you feel a bit nauseous. But have fun and enjoy it 😆
