What a great post, you look so well, and handsome!! Very dapper in that hat! So fantastic to have such a positive story, it gives everyone hope. Thank you for sharing the pictures, you can certainly see a big change.

Thank you for sharing these pictures with everyone. My sister had a liver transplant due to AIH on July 14th and is doing well,her liver failure was rapid (6weeks) and she was on life support. I also have AIH and know a transplant is a real possibility. Your before and after pictures will hopefully inspire and give hope 😀

Exactly - thats why I felt it important for those worried about the future, that you can progress from the dreadfully ill and unsure if you're going to survive to via hard work and a transplant to being well and normal again.

Wow Jim, your 3 pictures speak a thousand words from how your transplant has physically changed and improved how well you look. You can really see a major difference in them. I cannot believe how alert and healthy you look in your intensive care photo! Thank you for your encouragement and love and hugs to you and Lucy x
