My son,now 26 was diagnosed with PSC 2 years ago.  He immediately cut out alcohol, gluten and dairy from his diet, and started taking various supplements to boost his immune system, reduce inflammation, detoxify and improve his liver.  These included alpha lipoic acid, n-acetyl cysteine, fish oil, glutathione, selenium, b vitamins, milk thistle, mushrooms,  and others.   His liver enzyme values improved significantly, although still remaining high.  About a year ago he started taking low Dose naltrexone (LDN), and after a few months his liver enzyme values began to return to normal, or close to normal levels.  I would strongly urge you to consider diet, supplements, and LDN as a strategy to control your PSC.   Google Dr Burton Berkson and read his books, view his YouTube videos, and take the vitamins and supplements he recommends to fight a wide range of autoimmune conditions.  Then join the Yahoo LDN user group, and read many of the links you will find there.  Google LDN and you will get to the LDN research trust, Dudley Delaney's web site and other LDN resources that will discuss dosing, and how to get LDN.  If you need more assistance, send me a message through this web site, with your email, and I will try to get you more information
