Doc can I be introduced a patient who is at my stage of breast cancer. All of the acquaintances are 2/3 years survivors-:)

Yes, RGCI. I would very much want that too, that those who are undergoing treatment interact with each other and share experiences.And that is very much, what this forum hopes and wishes to achieve. The issue is, I would not know (on this forum) who is undergoing treatment and who is not, as it is up to those who sign up, to disclose all this.

Anyways, I have my own breast cancer support group meeting coming up. I intend to talk about the forum there, and get as many women (undergoing treatment presently) on the forum as possible.

I will be keeping your point in mind and if I know someone, I will surely refer to you.

Yes, there is. It is early detection. If you catch is early, survival is definitely better. Easier said than done, I do understand.

The moment the stage rises, survival drops. So the earlier we catch it, the better.

Lot of research is going on in Triple Negative Breast Cancers, and we all do hope, something good will come out soon.

Absolutely baku, since I am still to cross the first year hurdle i thought it would be nice to be introduced to people who are at my stage of treatment. But it seems people only write after crossing the first few hurdles.-:))
