I suffer from Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. Does this increase my chances of developing breast cancer????

Creativerose, the answer is "No'

Technically speaking, there are prolonged estrogen mediated cycles in Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). And by the following chart, it would be possible, that PCOS would increase chances of developing breast cancer:

But several studies have been done to study association of PCOS and breast cancer, and in most of them, there was no increased risk of breast cancer in those who have PCOS.
