Hi

I am too suffering from lymphedema post mastectomy

I suppose there is no permanent solution to this problem

Oncologists recommend exercises, drainage massage (to be done by trained physiotherapist) and compression stockings which may help to some extent

One of the doctor gave me an option of surgery for lymphedema but it is not recommended by most of the surgical oncologists
