Experiencing body shaking and feeling dizzy anyone know what this can be?

Hi I too get the dizzy feeling but no shaking , I’m 7 months post injury. From what I’ve read could be your brain or eyes out of alignment or low blood pressure , if you can ,find a dr who specializes in brain injury . As a primary care dr won’t know too much about it! Once your brain is injured your hormones can be unbalanced and cause all kinds of symptoms also I’ve had a bunch of tests all came back normal so don’t get to freaked out . Hope this helps !
