Medications exeffor 150mg prologned realease once daily, propanolol 30mg daily, Trostan hormone gel 30mg once daily.

Supplements fish liver oil, 1000mg once daily ashwangha 500mg once daily, multi vitamin twice daily.

The day after exercising ( cardio circuits) dvd at home, afternoons only, I get horrible brain fog, stuffy head, brain swelling it feels like a vice is clamped to the temples, this is after a decent nights sleep, and is worst after lunch.

Eat a fresh diet unrefined carbs, watching sugar, salt intake and drink enough.

Thought it might be serotonin overload what with the exeffor as well, but its a reach.

Cant take anymore hormone gel as I get to aggressive moody, unsettled.

Tried various things, boosters energy drinks etc, but Icant drink alot due to being sensitive to caffiene.

Its this dyscognition which makes simple tasks hard reading, concentrating, speaking, it just wont go away.

Stuck in the mud all day its horrible, I can take sore muscles but these symptoms are becoming a pain, and hard to bear.
