Hi Shell,  get yourself  or get someone to take you down to A & E today ,   best to get  checked out   properly,  i really hope its nothing serious, but  you need to see  a  hospital doctor,  you dont say if there was any accident or  reason for the onset of your symptoms but if you cant think straight try to get someone  to write anything down that may be important so they have  as many  facts as possible  when they examine you,  lots of love and  hope you will be ok, Karen

I recommend that you get check out immediately. I had a ruptured aneurysm and was treated by Dr. Edward Sander Connolly in NY. You can google his address. Good luck
