I'm 15+6 and have b cup breasts. They don't appear to look any bigger to me and they haven't been sore at all, so I was just wondering if I'd still be able to breastfeed and if there would be suffient milk for the baby

Hello dear,

Don't worry much, as I think boob size does not say much about ability to breastfeed / produce milk. Both of my sisters were size A before pregnancy, then they got size bigger after delivery and one breastfed her children till age 2, other went extreme and fed her son till 3!

2 of my best friends had D and DD before pregnancy and they got around 2 sizes bigger during the pregnancy and they did not manage to breastfeed (one had vaginal birt 2x, other one had c-section).

I was size B-C before and now I am size C-D. (partner prefers my smaller boobs and so do I). They were very painful at the beginning and I am dripping colostrum since around week 12 😢

So enjoy your B cup for now, no leakages and wait for the later stage of pregnancy and delivery when the milk will come in!x

The size of your breasts has no impact on the amount of milk you produce. Bigger breasts are generally from more fatty tissue which does not produce milk.
