I have been through similar symptoms and was eventually diagnosed with Pernicious Anemea , have your GP check your b12 / folate levels . If they are on the low side you may need B12 injections , worth researching this . I’m a member of Pernicious aniemea/ B12 deficiency support group Facebook page run by Pat Kormic , an excellent group who help a lot as many doctors have limited knowledge about PA . Hope you feel better soon .

Hi, This is a progressive disease and may have crept on you without you being fully aware.

There are treatments out there but do be careful with stem cell adverts. They are expensive and often are available on the continent.

To help a little try your local nurse to get you on a rehab course, there they will help with your breathing style.
