I made sure that I had something to eat today before going to the session. It must have had some effect because although I had some problems with the dreaded mucus, I managed to do six of my 10 metre walks, ( with rests inbetween of course,) then heel raises and nearly all of the weights. The lecture was about the use / need for oxygen when suffering from COPD. This was very interesting and quite an eye opener.
I asked the boss what I was going to be asked to do next Friday, she surprised me by saying that they may not ask me to do the six min walk, in fact she asked me if I would have any problems in extending my attendance at the course, there are of course two ways of looking at this. I'll leave you to draw your own opinions.??
Long w/end off now, although it's not so long when suddenly it's Wednesday again.
Have a good w/end yourselves.
Love . Chris.x

I’m happy to know it went better for you today. I think Sassy must be right about you being a star pupil! Whatever the reason you’ve been invited to stay on a bit longer, I hope it will continue to help with your progress and be beneficial all round for you.
Hi Chris, are you saying you havent eaten before sessions in the past??? You must eat and leave around an hour before exercising. Your body needs fuel to work harder than it normally does. And eat some carbs within two hours after hard exercise.
I think going straight into another set of pr is a brilliant idear you are oviosly getting fitter its just taking longer because how unfit you had become. By the time they have finished with you, you will be almost running 😉. Keep up the good work ir will all be worth while
