Keeping it short.

It takes all sorts my old Dad said,

To make the world go round.

Some are loud and noisy.

Others make little sound.

So when it comes to learning things,

The ones you want to heed.

Are the ones who talk much less,

Saying only what you need.

So when somebody asks the time,

His advice will never fade.

I tell them what the clock says,

And not how it was made.
