Hi I am new to this have copd since 2006 manage pretty well but now i feel i have a brick on my chest.I also have type 2 diabetes and on insulin.

You don't leave much to work with; what sort of medicine/exercise and other things do you do to help yourself get along? When you say a "brick on your chest", what does that mean exactly and is it always there??

Are you in the States or Great Britain..., or where?? What do your docs say?

Ilive in New Zealand.I have a great doctor.Iplayed golf twice a weak,but had to give that up.The winter does not like my lungs I put on weight due to insulin this is a problem .Iam not obese .Take spiriva once a day.

Hi joy9b and welcome to the forum. If that is the same brick that I have felt on occasions I suggest a trip to see your doctor as mine was helped by a change of inhaler.
