I know it's not an infection

Before I quit smoking i had a terrible wheeze and cough .. when I stopped the wheeze and cough disapeared within a week and nothing since ...last 2 days iv coughed just once and brought up phlegm I hasten to add clear and very small amount is this my lungs returning to normalish advice please slight wheeze on force but it's been like that since I stopped smoking 🙄🙄

As your lungs start to get use to not smoking the cilla start to work again and this could be the cause of the cough and the sputum me duck...lol....it happened to me.

I knew my wee hairys bits grew back it was just the one cough yesterday and today but feel fine otherwise mush lol x
