Copd and safe sats levels

I have Copd my sats are at 91/92. But my chest feel tight. And I have had a lot of headaches lately any advice please.

Hello , if your chest is tight and sats low it could indicate an infection . Not enough oxygen or retaining Co2 can give you headaches as can worrying and stress. I think you might need to see a dr..they can have a listen to your chest.Hope you feel better soon, huff x

As huferpufer has already said Co2 retention and stress can cause this, but also your blood pressure. I would see your GP if I was you,at least it will put your min at rest. Please let us know how you are . Take care 😊 xxx Bernadette

If your chest feels like that, in your shoes I would want to see the GP, depends what your usual stats are, but it sounds like a chest infection starting...especially if your head is aching too. You don't mention if you are coughing as well, that can make your head ache. I would mention it all to the GP. And get an urgent appointment.

Take care of yourself, try not to stress much.
