It is a cold wet night here in London UK.

Life these days is so complicated without being unwell, but a positive attitude certainly helps, in addition to small achievable steps !

Hi! I moved to Indiana for almost 3-years where my first grandchild was going to be born. I loved the seasons at first because Miami really doesn't have seasons. However, once I was diagnosed with COPD, the extreme cold made it impossible for me to live there anymore. My son had also moved to Kentucky, so I was really totally alone. Came back to Miami and feel better and not as depressed. At least your crummy weather should be about over. Be well and God bless.
