I've used NAC 1800 mg/day for about 3 years, together with various other supplements.

Could be why despite being stage 4 COPD I've never yet needed antibiotics or steroids (apart from what's in Seretide) . . .

Stilltruckin do you need a prescription for nac or can you purchase it at health stores
