Flare ups are very common with COPD the picture looks good and the food on the plate. Speaking of which I will have to sort my dinner out. Hope you feel better soon

I hope you are feeling better soon. Lovely picture. Just take it one day at a time if you can. Accepting this illness I think can be one of the hardest things to do, and the flare ups can be difficult to come to terms with. I know how you feel, what I try to do is out weigh this feeling by concentrating on the positive things in my life, ie friends family pets books etc whatever makes you smile. that way I am not letting the illness win and take over.

I hope your not heading for another flare up and feel much better soon.

Maybe start with steroids then sputum test ? Dont delay in seeing doc . X
