Going to a craft fair and shopping outlet in Ashford today. Looking forward to it, just need to remeber not to walk to fast, have a bad habit even after 5 years remembering to walk slower. Must also remember not to put bags on my wrist, causes really bad bruises. I will learn one day....................lol

Hope everyone has a good day.

Have the same problem walking to fast when you have C.O.P.D. I even count the amount of steps I manage. Have a good weekend !

Hullo, slade, I hope you enjoy your craft fair. I love them, or used to. How about a shopping trolley - you can get some really trendy ones. Hope you didn't mind me suggesting. Love annieseedxxx

I know the problems well. I huff and I puff and I slowly get there. If I want to hurry I just imagine I am Scrobbity on my way to an open day at the chocolate factory.

Have a lovely day, I have the same habit of trying to walk faster, my brain just refuses to be in sync with my body on things I can and can't do
