Heavy Legs when walking from 30mins. Living with Arotic root & Ascending Dilation 40mm

Hi everyone...Iam needing some advice about walking and living with Arotic root & Ascending aneurysm of 40mm, results October 2024..when I start to walk, everything is good, but if I continue to walk after 30mins iam finding it difficult to carry on, I start to get heavy legs, chest tightness, feeling lightheaded and sick, Then i start to panic because i dont understand whats going on..I have to stop and rest...After resting for at least 30mins, these problems start to go, I went to the doctors to let them know what's been going on, straight away they ruled out angina. Iam not see my cardiology consultant until the 6th February to get some answers..I went for stress exercise test but I wasn't able to start it as my blood pressure was 170/120 before I started, they said probably white coat symptoms. Please could anyone help please, iam so fed up and feeling depressed about what's going on..
