Dear stroke survivor,
As part of our ongoing research in the field of stroke epidemiology, we are excited to share an opportunity for you to participate in a meaningful research study.
Researchers at University of Waterloo are conducting a study focused on strokes in young adults.
The study aims to understand stroke risk factors and improve prevention strategies. If you’ve had a stroke between the ages of 18 to 50 years old (participants can be older than 50, as long as they had a stroke between 18 to 50 years old) and meet other criteria (indicated in the poster), your insights would be invaluable.
The study involves a 10 to 15-minute anonymous online survey, and participation is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share the survey with anyone who might fit the criteria. For more details or to participate, please use the link below or contact us at support.uwstrokestudy@uwaterloo.ca.
