I have ischeamic heart disease. As well as been breathless and tired all the time and dizzy when I stand up. I have started having bad headaches blurd vision and really dizzy most of the time. I add a 24 hour ecg 2 wks ago and the gp said he expected it to come back abnormal due to my heart attack, heart disease. But it picked something else up .he dosnt know what it is so he's sent to the cardiologist at my local hospital. Lets hope I get some information soon

Hello :-)

Sorry to read how you have been feeling and that they seem to have picked something up from your 24 ecg it is always a stressful time waiting to see what they say and the waiting is the worst but hopefully you will get the answers soon and then it might be the answer to why you have been feeling as you do and they can give you some treatment and you sill soon be feeling a lot better than you have been

Let us know how you get on :-) x

Has your GP run a full blood test. I get that way when my potassium levels rise.

Hope you get some answers soon.

I think you need full bloods running. Ask your GP to do them if you can. It’s surprising what bloods can throw up.

I collapsed once an ambulance was called and I was rushed for CT as they thought all my signs showed the possibility of an aortic aneurysm or heart attack. It turned out my potassium levels were low. It’s dangerous for it to be high or low I was told and after some meds a made a complete recovery. I have regular monitoring of all bloods as I have chronic recurrent pericarditis and autoimmune diseases so it gets picked up quite quickly now. I do hope you get answers soon.
