I just wanted so say a big THANKYOU to everyone who contributes to this message board.
I had a HA in May (40 at the time) and reading everyone’s post gives me a touch of calm and comfort knowing I’m not alone in terms of peoples constant worry, stress and concerns.
Not much more to share at this point I just wanted to say a BIG thanks to everyone.
Wishing you ALL EVERY SUCESS in your recoveries x

I think we have all been through the mill so to speak. Different issues different meds and different reactions to drugs. We are here to offer support. Wishing you all the best. 😊
Friends and family have been fantastic honestly, but it’s reading people’s stories who have actually been through the mill which has been a massive help. Thanks, and all the best x
I also have found great comfort in reading the posts on here.
My boyfriend is having a heart bypass next week and we are both really worried (as I'm sure everyone is in these situations) however reading all the positive posts on here has given me some strength & positive thinking.
Positive thinking and finding inner strength can be hard to achieve, but learning other people are in the same boat as you can be very reassuring at times. Wishing him a a nice speedy recovery, and you both all the best x
Hi Bluey73 just wanted to say try not to worry ( easier said than done I know) it’s a scary time but he will soon be on the road to recovery and enjoying life. The surgeons are amazing as are all the staff and will take good care of him. Good luck 🍀🍀take care and let us know how he is doing after the surgery 😊🌞X.
I think sometimes people that are active on here can forget that there are so many that just get such a lot from reading the posts and it is so nice to see that even though I am sorry you had a heart attack reading the posts helped you so much and I hope they are helping others to
Wishing you a good recovery and hope you might feel you can post and let us know how you are getting on as it would be so nice to hear a update from you
