I've been having trouble with the application for a couple of weeks it will not let me sign in unless I down load edenfication app but I think I have found away round this now if you down load the NHS app and register and link them to together it let's me sign in

There are several recent threads on Patient Access (if this is what you are referring to ), one only a few days ago. Many people are put off by the increased levels of authentication. The NHS app is an alternative. At the end of the day it is a personal choice on what app you want to use and how you want to use it, what info is available on the apps that the NHS and those GPs use such as Patient Access, or whether you can't be bothered due to the increase in signing in complexity or are simply quite happy to do without using technology to access your health records.
