Today, your team still hasn't come to collect the bed frame, despite receiving double confirmation via text message and email. This is the second time they've missed the appointment. I'm extremely frustrated and would like to know why this happened again.

I am sure there will be a reason why they have not been able to collect the bed frame but posting on here they will not see it so it won't help you to get it collected
Keep emailing them or if you have a contact number give them a ring and I hope you manage to get to collected x
If the issue happened just once, I'd be willing to believe there might be some reason they couldn't come for collection. But this is the second time! Let me emphasize again: I received double confirmation via email and phone messages. They didn't show up, nor did they notify me, and no staff members sent emails or called me. I called the Ilford store, and no one answered. Based on reality, I can only conclude that the staff at Ilford don't care about their work, don't care about the reputation of the British Heart Foundation, and don't care about donors and customers!
Hello appreciate your frustrated but this is a heart health related forum, so BHF staff responsible for furniture collection are most unlikely to see your complaint here.
Have you tried calling BHF main customer services - details / phone number at the bottom of the website they might be able to help?
