Does anyone with longstanding frequent PVCs know if they are multifocal and emanate from both right and left ventricles?. If so, can they determine what provokes the PVCs from the right ventricle vs what provokes the PVCs from the left ventricle?

Frequent PVCs
Bluemoon, my understanding is that VPCs , where ever they arise, are caused by the same triggers - alcohol, full stomach, caffeine, side effects of medications and the commonest of all - increased circulating adrenalin secondary to stress. The place of origin in the heart muscle may be due to small areas of scar tissue that have arisen due to previously undetected viral infections of the heart or may just be an irritable spot in the myocardium of unknown cause
It is possible to have these spots accurately located then abalated (destroyed by burning or freezing) if considered necessary, and this will stop the VPCs (and APC's)
I have had intermittent VPC's and atrial PC's for +/- 50 years and was recently advised that there are three sites of origin for the VPCs. Still exercising regularly without problems
Odd you say about virel infection Mine seem to have come on more since COVID.I also have a breathing problems.
Going again tomorrow Saturday to the cardiac doctor see if he can sort me out.
They working on Saturday to try and catch up ,👍😁
