Atrial fibrillation

AF is such a nightmare. I have paroxysmal AF, but my episodes in AF are lasting longer and longer. It is really hard to keep positive when its hard to get GP appts and hospital treatment is such a long wait. I do try to maintain a fitness when in normal rhythm but again the more activity you do, the quicker the AF comes back

Hello :-)

I do not have AF but many members on here do and surprised to see you have not had any replies as I would imagine so many will relate

It is so frustrating at the moment with Doctors then waiting to be seen at the Hospital but it seems like you are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle while you are as difficult as sometimes it is

I hope you get an appointment soon and let us know how you get on :-) x
