ct scan results

hi I have got a ct scan Saturday 30th September follow up after bypass operation was wondering if anyone knows how long it takeS to find out results

When I had a scan 2 months ago they told me 2/3 weeks for the results. I went for some different tests the other day and they had my CT up on the screen. They don't always contact you with the results. I presume if they see something which needs work they'll get in touch but otherwise its looked at and archived without contact.

Thanks for the reply , only I was trying to get travel insurance and they won’t touch me with outstanding investigations going on

Yes, I had the same issue this year. Why did they do the CT scan. Are you having further problems?

I had heamatoma after surgery this is a follow up make sure everything ok, i had opp 2nd of may they said it should disperse on its own I had echocardiogram 6 weeks after opp and this now all planned when I left hospital so hopefully everything ok
