Update progress 😀

It's been 15 months since I had my heart attack and stent treatment. Most of the time I'm doing great but still need a wee rest day . I'm back doing most of my hobbies. All be it at a slower pace. I'm taking on the challenge of jogging. Which I used to do. And hopefully will been doing the 10k run next June for the British heart Foundation. I will let you all know of my progress through the months. Fingers 🤞 I can do it. 😊

Thanks everyone for good wishes. I'll give it my best but do realise that it's not going to a breeze and will only do what my body allows. Will keep you posted on my progress. 🤞🤞🙏😁Xx
