Low diastolic readings

Hi, I'm generally in good health at the moment but yesterday had a persistent generalised headache for about 5 hours. Feeling a little lethargic too, don't know why but decided to check my blood pressure. (Not done for months) Results had some low diastolic reading

111/53 hr 42

108/60 hr38

100/60. Hr 41

Bradycardia is normal for me.

Not sure whether this merits a follow up with my GP. No headache today. Anyone with experience of this sort of reading?

Not dehydrated, normal meals, no unusual other activity to bring about the headache. No temperature or fever.

Not .uch written about this. No dizziness etc associated with this.

Perfectly healthy! Wouldn't worry about those readings.

Possible cause for headache and lethargy may be down to a little dehydration, certainly does that to me.
