I have been having palpitations since Feb 2022 but breathless since 2018 I have had many tests but the last cardiac mri at st thomas in london showed” borderline dilated left chambers with septal dyssynchrony and mildly impaired LVEF.
Findings in keeping with early Nonischaemic cardiomyopathy. Have spoken with my gp who told me to wait to see consultant but not seeing them till end of August no earlier appt available and only by phone , I am going on holiday to Orlando soon and wanted to make sure I will be ok and can go on some rides? Has anybody heard of this

You may struggle to get travel insurance if you're awaiting results/diagnosis as you would still be classed as under investigation.
As for rides, I can only tell you that sudden ups or downs trigger my palpitations so I've ruled out rollercoasters for me personally... some rides come with a warning that you shouldn't go on them if you have a heart condition.
Have you tried to call your cardiologist's secretary to either plead your case or get put on a cancellation list?
Hello
If it was me I would ask this question to your GP as they would be best to answer if it would be ok to go on rides etc
It is a shame that you are not seeing the Consultant before your Holiday but I hope you still have a safe and lovely time sounds wonderful to be going to Orlando enjoy it x
