hi last night I was in a supermarket and my Afib kicked in but also went very hot and felt dizzy, I have never feltlkke this before and been diagnosed with Afib for 12 months now.
was a bit scary got out side quick into cold air and sat in car to calm down, my Afib has been playing up during the evening.
Anyone had this with Afib before, not sure whether to make doctor aware, also notice that I seem to be getting tinnitus a lot now as well.

Dear You,
You must report this change or happing to your GP, mmmmmmm Bank holiday , then maybe give 111 a bell and follow their guidance.
As for the Tinnitus I have it constant and has been for years { 30 + } but when sounds come and go in the head, it could be a sign of your blood pressure being high or low.
You have to remember that I am not medically trained , but a rule of thumb that I always follow if it aint normal for me { you } get it checked out.
I agree with what Blue has recommended - give 111 a call and talk them through what happened and they'll advise next steps.
As a heads up - I can almost guarantee that someone will suggest this could have been an anxiety or panic attack - they can come out of nowhere and the AF episode may have been enough to trigger one in you - however, as said already, if it's not normal for you then please get it checked out.
