Hi. I was diagnosed with Acute Heart Failure in January 2023 following a viral infection. Doctors are linking problem to having Covid in 2022. All very new to me. Starting Cardio Rehab this week and get to see my Consultant for the 1st time next week. All still a bit scary and I do put myself in panic mode every so often when I don't feel so good or feel a twinge etc. Makes me paranoid! Any tips, advice or questions to ask Consultant etc. will be gratefully received.
