Things looking up

Just a post to give others with myocarditis hope and reassurance things will get better, as it can seem a very long haul and with very little medical support, very scary. I got my MRI results this afternoon, which was done end of Jan, no inflammation or thickening seen, just a very small scar area , and my LVEF is now 65 - was 50, with a very enlarged LV in beginning of November when I was admitted to hospital with Peri-Myocarditis ( a result of covid). It has left me with MVD at the moment, being managed with meds, and a mix of good days and bay days when I over do it exercise wise but it's onwards and upwards now - and you can and do beat it - its just time!
