Does anyone know if I started taking Protein Shakes if it would have any effect on palpitations that I suffer from? Thanks

HiYou would need to check the caffeine content in them. Some of them are very high.

Saying that I had one daily post OHS to aid my recovery and it didn't seem to affect me.

Thank you 😊

Dear DC70

A warm welcome to you to the forum I hope that it can help you find answers and support as it has me and many others.

Unfortunately your Bio does not give a lot away to your health journey so far, so its very hard to answer if a protein shake will be of any benefit or be harmful to you.

Remember { sure you already know } but not all protein drinks are the same, a lot are loaded with sugars and fillers.

I have had a triple bypass, pace maker and the usual meds ,

I still take a pea based protein drink daily as I am a vegan and feel that I need a little more while I am trying to heal.

Take care
