I'm scared

I have increased heart / breathing problems following (Covid) blood clots, Saw my consultant last Nov. when I was taking Bisoprolal 2.5. I was told to get out, there is nothing wrong with you stop pestering your G.P. When I said I hadn't seen my GP except for the skin cancer on my face I was accused of lying about the oximeter figures I keep to send to the G.P. , I was then told i needed a pace maker - then I left. MyG.P. received a letter to increase the Bisoprolol to 5 mg at end of Nov. I also had a heart rate monitor just before Christmas, Now I have a copy letter (of one sent to my G.P) saying day heart rate around 90 - 100 with night around 60bpm. I have to increase Bisoprolol to 10mg immediately. This seems a sudden and large increase, from a Consultant who only just over a month ago was ordering me out of her office. Anyone else had this sort of experience?
