Just thought I would pop a quick message to everyone to say Merry Christmas. I hope you all have a wonderful time in wonderful company.

A lot of us have had a tough time with various things over the past 12 months but here we are almost the end of the year and we got through it!

So be happy be proud and have a lovely time.

Ps: Only 3 NY resolutions for me next year, lose more weight, start jogging/cycling again and be as positive as I can be.

Anyone else making any?

I never make any New Year's Resolutions instead I try and set goals as and when I feel they are needed but yours sound really positive ones and I hope you achieve them all

Have a wonderful Christmas and a healthy and happy 2023.

My New Year’s Resolution is to carve out some “me time”. We all have commitments and are so busy rushing around we forget to take time for ourselves. So I’m going to take time out to enjoy a cup of tea and the crossword each morning and take a walk listening to My True Crime podcasts. 😊

It's great to see so many upbeat comments. For me it is my Silver Anniversary on Sunday - 25 tears since first HA. Still here although struggle a bit these days. Onwards & upwards folks and don't give up hope or belief.
