I am new here

I had a nstemi heart attack three years ago and then last month I had a pci stemi and needed to shock heart back into rhythm. I am now petrified to do anything and the slightest pain sends me in a panic. But I know I need to get going as I only have 3 weeks before I need to return to work. Any advice will be really really appreciated

You should really be getting advice about your specific needs from the health professionals who have been dealing with you, since we are all unique and folks on here don't know all your medical background. However you can get a professional view by contacting the BHF Heart Helpline nurses, details of which you will find here
