Havent heard anything since 2020 nhs aptcancelled at big london heart hospital

I was due a appt april 2920. Cancelled fie to covid. When I phoned in july told they were working through list and would e in touch. Never heard anything since though I regularly see very good NHS cardiac heart nurse. Fortubately also have insurance so been going private since sept 2020 but nhs performance seems very poor on lack of follow up
