I have mild .aortic stenosis. Can anyone tell me please if I should be monitored by my doctor for this or have any follow up appointments. When I saw her to ask some questions she did not mention about going back to see her anymore

mild aortic stenosis
When I was told I had moderate aortic stenosis in early 2016, I had a yearly echo until my surgery in late 2018
Dear ZenaI was told I had mild stenosis in 2015. Yearly echo until 2019. Then it was moderate. Then things happened faster until it was severe stenosis at which point I needed surgery.
So please accept you have a few years without any bother. Just a yearly echo.
I knew things were not right, in 2020 when I got breathless and some of my muscles wouldn’t work properly. The main feature was in inclination to fall forward when walking.
Mine was aortic stenosis, for which a replacement valve can be fitted. I was bicuspid, eg my valve had two propellers rather than three. I think the stenosis spread faster because of the missing propellor.
The replacement op was fantastic. Nothing like routine hospitalisation. Dedicated wards and even dedicated hospitals.

I never learned about my "mild "stage so could have had it for several years, but was diagnosed with Moderate Aortic Stenosis in 2014. Absolutely no symptoms. Annual echo until 2019 when I was told that it had deteriorated to severe, but still no symptoms that I noticed until a year or so later. Still managed with modest symptoms until December 2021 when had the operation. So all being well you may have a number of years before you need to do anything differently other than the annual check.
I had mild aortic stenosis diagnosed via an echocardiogram around 5 years ago following palpitations and ectopic heartbeats. I had an annual echocardiogram which showed a very slow progression to moderate stenosis but my symptoms disappeared and I felt fine. In March 21 it had progressed to severe and in October 21 I had OHS -2*CABG and an AVR. Without the annual echocg. I would never have known. I would definitely chase up your GP. OK, it took 5 years but in March 20 the technician and GP were relaxed about my results, in March 21 - it was an urgent referral to a cardiologist. I'd badger your GP for an annual Echo and don't hesitate to go back if you get symptoms.
