Help, Newbie needing help !!

Hi all

Newbie to Dilated Cardiomyopathy on top of various other ailments I have now been diagnosed with Dilated Cardiomyopathy ! - just something else to get to grips with. , ! am 81 and live alone so will look forward to gaining information, knowledge and friendship from this site, Health Unlocked is such a Treasure Palace for so many different conditions, I would be lost without it ! Another site I am also on is Polymyalgia Rheumatica, , so this is a whole new ball game for me to play and I know NOTHING so far !! I look forward to hearing from you ,all best wishes
