Hello just wanted to say what an achievement and well done. Even with that little doubt, your cracking on with life. That’s the important thing. I’m sure everyone has such doubts, it’s whether they hold you back or not makes the difference to life being good. Take care.

Dear Gail1967

Well done with all that you have accomplished since the shock diagnosis and treatment of your heart attack.

The little devil on your shoulder whispering doubts to you will always be there after such a traumatic thing for both yourself and family.

All it needs is a balance with just how good your doing now, praise yourself more and shut up this little whiny voice, your new voice and life is more powerful than it will ever be.

Take care you are an inspiration to us all.

Wow! Well done. Inspirational. I headed out myself yesterday ( no pals playing, they were doing a few Monroes 🥴) and I did 13miles in 4 hrs. I might have managed another hour but 9 hours? Respect. Isn’t it fab getting out there? Freedom.
