Factors

I’m continuing to make a list of possible factors that might be impacting. I’ve noticed after stopping coffee that I don’t drink enough water - so dehydration could be a possibility. I’m speaking to an electrophysiologist about a few things- mostly ablation. My list:

- stress

- mineral deficit

- gastric problem (reg feel bloated & wonder if I have a hernia)

- covid (had it December albeit mild)

- sleep (did a test - Bpm ranges from 36 to 88 and a few prolonged pauses observed)

- lack of exercise (I’m fit but not able to at moment due to excessive irregular beats)

Just had a really encouraging conversation with an electrophysiologist- typically on the day they (rythmns) have finally eased up a bit ( I drank 1.5 litre of water for first time prob in a long time). Been given prescription for flecainide … going to wait and see how a few more days of water intake goes first. Also on waiting list for ablation which will be months so plenty time to think about it. Also trying deep breathing exercise.
