I have CVD which can't be ameliorated by a by-pass or stents so I'm managed medically. Angina is an issue. Our local Level 4 Cardiac Exercise Classes are a godsend.

Hello ianrenwick.

Thank you for your first post, its nice to meet you, should you have any problems or just want a chat we are here for you.

Good to hear that your exercise classes are being a help to you, many on here have found the same, but must admit that I’m still waiting on the call.

You say your Angina is an issue but don’t mention why? But if you are unsure of the problem you really should have a word with your GP/Team about it.

Never suffer without answers.

Take care, looking forward to reading more of your inputs
