LVH by voltage, right bundle branch block and sinus arrhythmia

Hey

Iv been told I have the above after a long few months of feeling unwell my gp referred me for ct, ecg and echo all came back clear except the ecg showed the above . Should I be worried with the above as heart problems do run in my immediate family (hence why I was referred for the tests) I didn’t want to sound silly asking the questions. I also suffer from heart palpitations but the GP have said I won’t need any further appointments.
