Join us for Live & Ticking on Wednesday 26 January at 4pm!

BHF Chief Executive, Dr Charmaine Griffiths will be hosting our first Live & Ticking of 2022 focusing on Exercise and the Heart and looking ahead to what the new year will bring.

Professor Sanjay Sharma from St George's, University of London will be sharing his research into the relationship between years of endurance exercise in athletes and the development of atherosclerosis.

We'll also be joined by Olympic silver medallist and BHF Ambassador, Roger Black MBE who will discuss being diagnosed with congenital heart disease at the age of 11, and will share his top tips to stay active, and what motivates him.
