Why am I mostly fine in the day but they crop up at night or at rest, sitting down etc.? Is there a particular posture I should adopt at night in bed?

Think it's to do with relaxing and your heart going slower shows them more I had that same issue, they are worse if you lay on your left side when you go to sleep. I had to sleep sitting up before I went on beta blockers. Try your right side or on your back?
