Mine goes down to 96 over 52 often,I feel quite lightheaded and pauses in ectopics. Usually it’s about 116 over 58. I take1.25 Bisoprolol morning and evening. I have svt, ectopics and mitral valve prolapse

Hi Delnoleen...thanks for your reply. I have LVSD which has put me in Heart Failure . I take nebivolol, spironolactone and Perindopril..I too am lightheaded and wondering if I should be concerned....

Is your GP/Cardiologist aware of your readings and symptoms (light headedness)?

If not then you should definitely discuss it with them, if they are aware then what did they say?

Mine have been very similar for quite some time, on occasions as low as 79/48, but on average ~90/50, as I was getting 'very' lightheaded I discussed with my GP/Cardiologist and we tried various tweaks of my meds, reducing Losartan, moving the time I took Losartan to early afternoon, this seemed to work and my ave BP now is 95/ 60, I still have to be a bit careful not to jump out of my seat, but mostly feel fine.

My Cardiologist was happy with my new ave as long as I am symptom free.
