Wine intolerance after bypass

Has anyone else found that since their bypass that wine upsets them? I used to be able to drink a few glasses at the weekend without side effects, but not now. Prosecco gives me

Check your medication. Prosecco is fizzy wine and that maybe the cause. A glass off proper wine 🍷 I would think will not have the same affects. But check with your pharmacist to be safe.
